1. How to Place an Order
"Ships within 24 hours" : These products we have in stock and they will be shipped to you straight away.
"Ships within 4 days" : These products we have to order from our domestic suppliers before shipping them to you.
"Ships within 8 weeks" : These products we have to order from our international suppliers before shipping them to you.
"Out of stock" : These products are temporarily out of stock but will be back in stock soon.
Note: If you order products with different processing times; it is the longest processing time that determines when we ship your order, unless agreed upon otherwise.
How to buy?
If you want to buy a product, click on it and select the size and/or colour, then press “Add to Cart”.
In the field on the right called “Shopping Cart” you will now see the added product.
If you wish to order more of a certain product, just change the number in the box called quantity and then press “Update” to see the new total price.
To add more products just repeat the steps above.
When you’re done click on the “Check out” button. A new page opens up.
If you already have registered fill in your information in “I am a returning customer” and login.
If you haven’t registered before fill in the information required in the secure, “I am a new customer” form and click “Register”. An account is now created for you so you do not have to enter all the information again when you order the next time. Then click “Check out” to proceed.
On the next screen you can choose your shipping address and shipping options.
Note that you can choose an alternative shipping address.
If you want to change your shipping address, click on the “Edit” button, then go to the bottom of the page and click the “Alt delivery address” link. Fill out the form and click “Save”, then “Check out”.
Please check your cart items, quantity and price and double check the shipping address and choose the shipping options. The shipping options are automatically saved in your profile but you can always change them the next time you order. Then click “Continue”.
In the next page you choose the payment method. At the moment we only accept credit cards Visa and MasterCard.
When you click “Send order” a confirmation is sent to your e-mail. We process your order within 24 hours and send you a new confirmation when your order has been sent from us.
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
Why do I need to register?

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays). When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which includes a number used to track your package.
If an item you have ordered for some reason should be out of stock we will e-mail you with an estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel your order.
Here is some helpful information about our different delivery methods:
DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE:
With this service your products will be delivered to your address of choice* before end of workday. Products are delivered to you within approximately 2 business days (Europe), within approximately 5 business days (Rest of the world).

MYPACK: (Swedish Post)
With this service your products will be delivered to your nearest "MyPack-agent". They are delivered within 2-6 business days. Upon arrival you will be notified by post or SMS. The fastest way is if you use SMS-alert, which reaches you as soon as the package arrives at the MyPack-agent, so please leave your mobile phone number when you order. Do not forget to bring identification when you pick up your package.
SWEDISH POST SERVICE:
With this service your products will be delivered to your address of choice. Products are delivered to you within approximately 3-8 business days.
(Usually the package will be delivered directly to your adress but sometimes you will have to pick it up at your local post office.)
POSTE RESTANTE: (Swedish Post)
With this service your products will be delivered to any post office in Sweden. Once we receive your order, we will email you and ask which post office in Sweden you want to pick up your package at. The products are delivered within 2 business days. Upon arrival you will be notified by email or SMS. Do not forget to bring identification when you pick up your package.
With this service your products will be delivered to your work/company address before end of workday. It’s important that you write your work/company address and not your home address. Products are delivered to you within approximately 2 business days.
DHL SERVICE POINT: (At the moment only available in Sweden)
With this service your products will be delivered to your nearest “Service Point” (7-Eleven, Pressbyrån, ICA-Focus, etc.) Products are delivered to you within approximately 2 business days. Upon arrival you will be notified by e-mail or sms and also receive a tracking number. Please bring this number and proper ID when you pick up your products.
* (Someone has to be at the chosen address to receive the package so if you can't be home please put your work/company address or a friend/relative's address when ordering. If no one is at home when DHL/UPS delivers, they will try again during the next days. After a few unsuccessful attempts, they will try to contact you by phone or e-mail. If this is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the money for the products to you but not for the transport. Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address and P.O. Box addresses are not accepted).
It is not possible to stop an order when it has already been shipped to you. If you want to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will refund the money you paid for the products but not for the transport costs.
Shipping prices are calculated on the total weight and dimensions of the products contained in the package. To find out how much shipping your order will cost before submitting an order to us, place your items in your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure. You will then be able to select and view the different shipping methods and the prices for each method.
There is no extra transport charge, the only transport charge you have to pay is the one shown in the shopping cart.
Delivery without V.A.T.
If you don't live in the European Union, the prices do not include VAT.
Companies outside Sweden but within the EU and persons living in a tax-free zone within the EU may receive their order excluding VAT. If this applies to you please contact us before ordering: email@example.com
3. Return & Warranty Policy
Sportextreme’s goal is for all of our customers to be completely satisfied with all of the products that we sell in our shop. However, if you wish to return a product to us, we will try our best to make it as quick and easy as possible.
• You may return any products to us up to 14 days after you have received them for exchange or a full refund (excluding transport costs).
• The product must be unused and in new condition.
• The product should also be returned with all original packaging and labels intact.
• All printed and electronic material (user’s manual, software CD, warranty papers etc..) must also be returned.
Valid reasons for free return transport:
• The product is faulty or was damaged in shipment.
• You have received the wrong product.
• Valid warranty claim.
To return goods:
1. Mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a Return & Warranty form. Fill out this Return & Warranty form, with as much details as possible, and send it back to us.
2. We will then, upon receipt of this completed form, contact you as soon as possible
Important: Do not return any products to us before you have been contacted. This is very important to avoid paying any unnecessary fees.
When returning products:
• Please note: For us to be able to refund the returned products it has to remain unused and in new condition with all original packaging, tags and labels intact and with all the documents, for example: manual instructions, warranty card etc…
• Please make sure the products are securely packaged to avoid damage when transported back to us.
• Please be aware that we are unable to send you a replacement product or refund until the faulty product has been returned to us and examined to verify the reported fault.
• Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card.
If any product that is purchased from us does not turn out to be the correct size for you, we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us with its original packaging "as new". However, customers are responsible for all transport costs associated with the exchange of incorrectly sized products.
If any product that is purchased from us proves to be defective we will repair or exchange it free of charge.
We ship all equipment in the original packaging and when available with manuals and warranty papers provided by the manufacturer. Sportextreme will always guarantee the same warranty period as the manufacturer. During the warranty period, we will repair or exchange any product as soon as possible after we receive it.
4. Transaction Security
We guarantee that you are protected while you shop at Sportextreme.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.
Every transaction you make at Sportextreme.com will be 100% safe. All transactions are made with high-grade AES 256 bit SSL* encryption from GeoTrust (Equifax Secure Global).

Sportextreme.com or JK Group AB does not store any of your credit card details, these are directly transferred to our payment service provider’s (PSP) secure server site everytime you do an order transaction. Sportextreme.com and JK Group AB’s PSP are PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified.

6. Price Match
We promise to do our best to match any competitor prices. If you have seen a product cheaper somewhere else, just click the price match icon under a product and submit the price match request to us. We will then answer you via email as soon as possible to let you know if we can match that price.
7. Deal of the Week
The "Deal of the Week" promotion will offer selected products each week. The Offer runs from each Monday 00.01 to each Sunday 23:59 (GMT+01.00), unless otherwise stated. During this time, a product marked as a "Deal of the Week" will be available to order at a discounted price.
The products will be sold as long as stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Sportextreme.com at any time.
Purchase must be complete before the end of the Offer Week, Sunday 23:59 (UTC+01.00).

8. Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are a convenient and ideal way of making certain "that special someone" gets exactly what they want this year.
They are redeemable against the entire range of products on the Sportextreme.com website.
Buying gift vouchers is very easy - It's like buying any other product in the shop.
Note:Gift Vouchers are sent to your email address, allowing you to print it out, write what you want and then hand it to the recipient personally.
How to use your gift voucher
1. Have a look around our shop and add whatever you want to your cart.
2. When you have finished adding products to your cart, continue to the "Check out".
3. New customers will need to complete the on-line registration form before continuing. Existing customers must login to proceed.
4. On page 2 enter your gift voucher code into the Voucher box and press the "Check" button. This will adjust the total amount of your order accordingly.
5. Finally click "Continue" and pay the remainder, if there is any.
Terms & Conditions
1. Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by our available payment options.
3. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
4. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
5. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
